It has been six months since we moved from Swansboro, NC. to Albany, GA. In that time we have moved into base housing, welcomed a new baby into the family, and found new places to explore in the Peach state. Our new address is 12008 E. Matthews Blvd. Albany, GA. 31705. Our home is one of 12 officer grade housing on base. The base here is small. We call it the sleepy little Marine base. It is different living on base. The commissary is 5 minutes down the road. The Live Oak trees with Spanish moss is beautiful. We live in the deep south and have grown to enjoy the change in culture. Kens office is close. He doesn't miss the 40 minute commute he used to do in NC. His job is family friendly which is the best part of being in GA. I'm getting used to having him home for dinner which is a pleasant change. We all miss our NC farm and friends. It has been a difficult adjustment but the Lord has a plan for our future and we rest in his wisdom.
Baby Benjamin was born September 8 weighing 8 pounds 14 oz. He is 3 months old now and interacting with his five siblings with big smiles. Benjamin is a happy baby that is always hungry. He is well entertained by all his sisters and brothers. Enjoy the pictures of him at one month of age.
